ETHICS CASE HEARING OF DE LIMA, SET IN Dec. 6



Hearing of the Senate ethics committee for complaints against Sen. Leila de Lima Will begin on December 6, 2016.

Sen. Vicente "Tito" Sotto III told that they will prioritize the complaint of Atty. Renato Abelardo De Jesus.

De Jesus filed yesterday noon the second supplemental complaint against De Lima because of coercion of her former driver/security Ronnie Dayan to attend the House inquiry.

Moreover, it is also possible to file a separate complaint by the House of Representatives against the senator, especially if it does not respond to the show cause order brought by House Majority Leader Rep. Rudy Farinas and the House justice committee chairman Rep. Rey Umali.
