Delivered to the House by Senate Majority Floor Leader Rodolfo Fariñas and House Ethics Committee Chair Reynaldo Umali's show cause order for Senator Leila de Lima.
Show cause order was brought by the Fariñas and Umali during the bicameral conference committee meeting of the proposed 2017 national budget.
The show cause order was delivered through Senator Koko Pimentel.
According to Umali, the Chamber is open with their three options which includes cited for contempt De Lima, filing charges and disbar in Santiago.
