Self-confessed hitman Edgar Matobato is willing to be in 'death row' once death penalty will be implemented in the country.
But there is one condition, President Rodrigo Duterte must be first in the line-up for 'death row' because he was the leader of their group Davao Death Squad according to him.
He said that he would not hesitate to be in 'death row' as long as the President and the other members are with him.
He clarified that it was his own decision to file a case against the President along with 30 others including PNP Chief General Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa and the son of President, Davao Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte.
