President Rodrigo Duterte admitted that he is just mocking the media about the current state of his health.
Duterte said this during his attendance at the birthday party of Senator Manny Pacquiao December 17. 2016. According to Duterte, sometimes he only plays the media because they will immediately take and announce everything that he will say.
