JAPAN TO ALSO HELP IN ANTI-DRUG CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINES



Besides China, Japan will also help to further enhance the anti-illegal drug campaign of Duterte Administration.

In a courtesy call on Katsuyuki Kawai, Japan Special Assistant to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in Malacañang, said that they discussed with President Rodrigo Duterte the possible help they can give for the country Philippines.

Kawai is confident that Japan can give the highest skill to provide assistance to the Philippines because specially they had already got the world's highest success in drug abuse prevention and education.

Kawai added, Japan had already send a research group to study the drug rehabilitation program in the Philippines.

This is the first time Japan sent a research group outside of their country.
