PRESIDENT RODRIGO DUTERTE ONE OF THE "MOST POWERFUL PEOPLE" LIST OF FORBES MAGAZINE



Expect more changes in the country in the coming months and years.

This was the Malacañang statement after Forbes Magazine included President Duterte as one of the "Most Poweful People" list, placed in rank 70.

Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said that although for only almost 6 months of Duterte administration, Forbes and other international community already appreciated the implemented changes and cleaning in the country.

Andanar referred to the anti - illegal drug war of the President where more than 800,000 drug addicts already surrendered in the first months of his administration.

The President recognized by the international community for the promotion of independent foreign policy and negotiation with China and intensification of relations with Japan, South Korea and other Asian countries.

President Duterte is one of 11 new names to the list of Forbes Magazine for his campaign against illegal drugs and crime that resulted in the deaths of many people.
