Philippines is now condemned as illegal online gambling capital of the world.
According to PAGCOR Chairman Andrea Domingo, it is based on monitoring of the international group where many online bets are found from the Philippines.
Domingo specifically pointed out the online sports betting where operators of the countries does not provide royalties of where they held the fight.
