Approaching typhoon in the Philippines gets stronger in past night and became tropical strom.
According to PAGASA forecaster Meno Mendoza, the storm performed quick development and will possibly enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tonight or tomorrow morning.
The center of the storm was last spotted at 1,485 kilometers east of Mindanao. With maximum sustained winds of 65 kph and gusts of 80 kph.
The typhoon is moving west northwest at 23kph speed.
The typhoon will be named "Nina" once it will enter Philippine waters.
"Nina" is estimated to affect Luzon and Visayas in the coming weekend.
