President Rodrigo Duterte revealed that a Singaporean national is leading the extremist group in Sulu.
In the pre-departure speech of the President of the NAIA Terminal 2 before sail to Cambodia, he said that th extremist group that is moving now on the end part of the country could be ISIS.
The President also revealed that there are also Malaysians, Indonesians and Filipinos included in the group.
He said that it is surprisingly to know that a singaporean leads the extremist group.
After all, according to the President, Singapore has a very restrictive law but still he was able to propagate the terrorist cell.
The President informed that it is one of his concern to be discussed with officials of Singapore on his state visit there.
