John Lloyd Cruz considers his ex-girlfriend Angelica Panginiban as his best-friend.

It is even after their break-up months ago after more than 3 years of relationship.

The two were spotted very friendly to one another at the backstage of a show.

“If anything, syempre we don’t want to lose the friendship. Si Angelica has been my best friend and I think she will remain my best friend for life. Walang makakapagpabago noon,” Lloydie stated.

When asked if reconciliation with Angelica is possible the actor said this: "Let's not get ahead of ourselves right now. This is not the best time to talk about that. "

He said he's single and enjoying his private life so far.

“It’s not about being single. It’s all about enlightenment para sa akin. It’s all about new discoveries about yourself, your life, kung ano ang gusto mangyari. You only live once and I definitely want to make the most of it. Kung ano man ang pagdadaanan nating journey, it’s all going to be worth it for sure.” the actor added.

Earlier Angelica also said that they are both happy even without the commitment and she said it was enough for the both of them.
