Txt Power Group requested internet access to be made as a public utility service.
It was according to Tonyo Cruz, President of Txt Power to let the market forces automatically dictate the price and speed of connectivity.
Cruz stated that once internet access will become a public utility service as a part of basic human rights, dictating of price and speed of internet access will be out of hands from the exploiting market players.
