Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo admitted that it came into her mind to file charges against the person responsible for her 4-year-hospital arrest.
However, she did not really pursue on filing of the case and her lawyers have not yet talk about it.
Because of that, the current Pampanga Congresswoman said that it is too early to reveal who she once thought to file charges.
Remembered, the Supreme Court rejected the plunder case against her last July.
