Only Senator Leila de Lima is the senator in the drug list of Kerwin Espinosa.
This is clarified by the lawyer of the alleged drug lord as opposed to the previously statement by a whistleblower.
According to Atty. Leilani Villarino, with the exception of De Lima there is no other senator or high government officials who allegedly received drug money from Espinosa.
Initially insisted by Whistleblowers Association of the Philippines President Sandra Cam that there are two other senators will be involve by the drug lord of Eastern Visayas.
Espinosa will be again in the Senate to face the investigation on Monday, December 5.
